I’m a strategic advisor working at the intersection of leadership, systems, and execution.

My career began in workforce development and cross-sector partnerships, leading complex initiatives that connected businesses, educators, nonprofits, and public agencies. That work shaped how I operate: build trust first, clarify direction second, execute with discipline.

Over time, I saw a recurring pattern — strong strategy, uneven delivery. Good ideas stalled by unclear roles, stretched teams, or systems that hadn’t kept pace with growth.

Today, I work with organizations and agency teams navigating those moments.
