About Patricia

I'm a strategic advisor working at the intersection of partnerships, program design, and execution.

My career began in workforce development and cross-sector partnerships, leading initiatives that connected employers, educators, nonprofits, and public agencies across the Greater Philadelphia region. That work shaped how I operate: build trust first, map the landscape second, execute with discipline.

Over time, I saw a recurring pattern across sectors — strong strategy, uneven delivery. Good ideas stalled by unclear roles, fragmented partnerships, or organizations that hadn't built the internal capacity to carry a plan into implementation.

Today, through Day One Strategies, I work with organizations navigating exactly that gap — including a current engagement with the Defense Workforce Innovation Training Center (DWIT), Rhoads Industries, and Equitable Cities Collaborative, building career-awareness pipeline strategy for a Navy Talent Pipeline Program initiative connecting Philadelphia students to manufacturing careers.

I provide strategic advisory and program design support — helping leaders:

•  Map stakeholders and landscapes before committing resources
•  Design programs that translate a funded goal into an actionable plan
• Convene partners across sectors who don't usually sit at the same table
• Build the workplans and structure that carry an initiative from pilot to program

In some cases, I serve as an embedded strategic partner alongside an organization's own leadership. In others, I lead a defined engagement from research through delivery.
